It’s Time To Start Connecting With Your Child Again

With one-on-one guidance and support, we'll work together to transform your child's stormy moments into opportunities for growth, connection, and lasting positive change.

INTRODUCING...

OUR COMPREHENSIVE, FULL-DAY, CENTER-BASED ABA PROGRAM

LEARN WHAT MATTERS MOST.

In our comprehensive program, your child will learn how to improve their language, play, and social skills, while you learn how to:

  • Effectively address challenging behaviors
  • Improve your child's communication skills
  • Create a nurturing environment that supports their growth and development

It’s time to turn obstacles into opportunities to celebrate.

STEP #1

Begin gathering the following required paperwork:

  • Insurance card
  • Comprehensive Evaluation conducted by an MD, outlining the tests conducted and your child's scores
  • Autism diagnosis by an MD
  • Prescription for ABA from an MD
  • Recent physical & up to date vaccination records (must be from within the past 12 months)
  • Current IFSP/IEP and Progress Reports

STEP #2

Create a Brightwheel account, submit your documentation and reach out to our office for insurance authorization information and timelines.

This is also when you will complete the Play Now Early Childhood Center Agreement and submit payment for the annual registration fee and first month's tuition required to hold your child's spot.

Additional day care enrollment forms will also be completed at this time, so that your child can attend the Day Care Center.

STEP #3

Attend 2 intake assessment appointments with a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

STEP #4

Review your child's initial treatment plan, and take advantage of your initial parent training meeting with your Licensed Behavior Analyst to ask questions or request changes. This is when you will approve services going forward.

STEP #5

Set a start date for your child to receive 1:1 direct ABA therapy at the clinic. Your child will attend 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm (hours may be adjusted slightly based on insurance authorization). Prepare by reviewing the Center handbook and labeling EVERYTHING!

STEP #6

Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with your Licensed Behavior Analyst to receive updates on your child's progress and learn how to implement effective strategies to support and teach your child at home and while out in the community.
